NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Board Meeting will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Warsaw at the Village Office located at 15 South Main Street in the Village of Warsaw, New York on the 13th day of August, 2026 commencing at 10:00 a.m. to adopt Local Law No. 5 of 2026 “To Extend the Temporary Land Use Moratorium Prohibiting the Development of New Solar Energy Projects Within the Village of Warsaw” and Local Law No. 6 of 2026 “A Local Law Establishing a Temporary Land Use Moratorium Prohibiting the Development of New Battery Energy Storage Systems(“BESS”) Within the Village of Warsaw. The public may attend and observe the meeting.
